How do I pair my iPad and Mac?
Open both apps on the same Wi-Fi, then enter the 6-digit code shown on the Mac once; they reconnect automatically after that.
Which files can I import?
Photos, videos, PDFs, PowerPoint, Keynote, Word, Pages, RTF and text, plus websites and a blank canvas.
Where are my lessons stored?
On your iPad, and on your Mac if you use the companion app. Nothing is uploaded to us.
Can I use an external webcam or microphone?
Yes, both are supported.
Do I need the Mac app?
No. You can export in 4K on the iPad; the Mac makes exports faster and stores lessons.
How do I get a refund?
Through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
